Every WAAL LAB piece is produced after your order is placed. This allows us to reduce overproduction, avoid unnecessary waste, and produce only what is ordered.

 

PRODUCTION TIME

Please allow approximately 5–10 Business Days for production before your order ships.

Production times may vary slightly depending on product type, order volume, or supplier availability.

 

SHIPPING

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

While we work hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information are outside our control.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.
