Shipping policy

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Please allow 2–7 business days for processing depending on product type, preorder status, and current demand volume.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

WAAL LAB is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to support.
